ANSI/TIA-568.2-E clearly states that a jack must meet both internal crosstalk limits and alien crosstalk requirements in order to comply with the Cat 6A connecting hardware standard.

When you choose a Cat 6A “Component-Rated” jack, you are selecting a jack and its matching mounting fixtures that can truly support 10 Gigabit Ethernet without being affected by alien crosstalk from neighboring ports.
