The KHA Series are unshielded punchdown-type keystone jacks with 180-degree cable entrance. The assured connecting hardware performance spans from Cat 5e to Cat 6A, covering a diverse spectrum of cabling categories. Patented Design
The patented lead-frame design utilizes an inductance-offset technique to mitigate fringing field effects and enhance performance in NEXT, FEXT, and Return Loss. This innovative approach is protected by US Patent No. 9325117 B1. By making the best use of the mentioned patent, the most stringent transmission standard“ISO-11801 Cat 6a”connecting hardware requirements can be effectively fulfilled, as well as those in TIA-568.2-D Cat 6A standards.
Third-Party Certified
The exceptional performance has been duly certified. In order to ensure ongoing compliance, the production quality undergoes quarterly monitoring to uphold the validity of the certification. The KHA series not only facilitates IEEE 802.3bt PoE type 4, enabling the delivery of 90 Watts, but the keystone jack itself is also certified under IEC 60512-99-002 for unmating with remote powering. This certification is validated by the esteemed laboratory, Intertek ETL.
Mitigation of Alien Crosstalk
When 10G signals are operating at frequencies of up to 500MHz, it's crucial to consider the impact of noise generated by adjacent cablings. This is why Cat 6A specifications strictly define acceptable ranges for PSANEXT and PSAFEXT. Alien Crosstalk is effectively managed through our solutions. This includes the use of recipe envelopment labels and wire cap crafted from anti-EMI materials to counteract external noise interference.
Abundant space for cable and wires
The increased spacing 8.6mm between two IDC rows enables minimal untwisted pair lengths by positioning the cable in the center, maintaining optimal transmission performance. The spacious room holds significant importance for Cat 6A cables, given their larger size. Taking into account that installers may use different punchdown tools based on regional variations, we have engineered the IDC to accommodate both 110 and Krone tools.
Why settle for a 24-port in 1U?
In our efforts to improve installer convenience with the KHA series by widening the punchdown space (width=8.6mm), we made the decision to keep the keystone size without enlarging it. We have endeavored to ensure that KHA keystone jacks can fit into a 48-port high density patch panel in one unit, recognizing the limited expandability of rack space.

An experienced installer may be able to terminate an unshielded keystone jack within a minute and a half, which is impressive. Now, imagine cutting that time in half! Introducing the EZ-Term. tool for effortless termination of keystone jacks in just 45 seconds, saving valuable time and effort during installation. Once you try it, you'll find it hard to revert to the traditional punch-down.
