The LGX mounting standard is a universal framework for fiber optic patching, designed with a defined footprint for modules and cassettes and compatible with standard 19-inch racks. Standard LGX dimensions are 5.130 inches (130mm) wide by 1.150 inches (29mm) high, with a mounting hole spacing of 4.646 inches (118mm). This standardization ensures LGX-compatible components from different manufacturers can be used interchangeably.
