Box/Field Assembly

In this section, you'll find everything you need for setting up network connections in industrial environments. Our offerings include a "Mounting Box" to house unprotected interconnections, a "Field Assembly Kit" to create custom waterproof RJ45 or M12 male connectors, and a "Field Terminable Plug" featuring a zinc-alloy die-cast shield that provides strong protection against electromagnetic interference and common mode noise caused by machinery.

Mounting Box

The "Mounting Box" is designed with two knockout holes for easy IP-68 rated connections between jacks and cords. It comes in two cutout diameter options: 17mm for the M12 to RJ45 adaptor (IECB-XFR0A) and 25.2mm for RJ45 keystone jacks IEKA0 or couplers IECA. Once installed, it ensures a secure, IP-68 waterproof seal when paired with our IP-68 rated patch cords.

Field Assembly Kit

Our "Field Assembly Kit" makes it easy to waterproof M12 and RJ-45 plugs on the spot. The kit's threaded design and airtight gasket are fully interoperable with the HCI IP68 Waterproof series, and it pairs perfectly with the RJ45 keystone jack IEKA0 or coupler IECA for a seamless, secure connection.

Field Terminable Plug

Finally, the "Field Terminable Plug" for M12 and RJ45 is ready for action. It supports Cat 6A S/FTP, F/UTP, and U/FTP cables with wire gauges ranging from 23AWG to 24AWG. Pair it with the “Field Assembly Kit”, and you’ve got yourself IP-68-rated waterproof protection for any industrial network setup.
