Field Assembly Kit

Our Field Assembly Kit is designed to house field-assembled RJ45 or M12 plugs, enabling installers to manually create plugs for an IP-68 connection with waterproof female RJ45 or M12 jacks on job sites.

This kit is particularly useful when molded house-assembled patch cords are not available. Often, you need to assess your surroundings, determine the appropriate cable length, and then create your own patch cords. Essentially, it serves as a versatile DIY waterproof kit.

The cable entrance accommodates diameters ranging from 5mm to 10mm, covering nearly all industrial network cable sizes available on the market.

The tip end features a screw nut that minimizes the gland entrance and is adjustable to fit various cable sizes. The broad end is threaded for compatibility with our IP-68 Keystone Jack IEKA0 Series and Coupler IECA Series.
