The 88TSK02 Field Terminable Plug enables the termination of shielded twisted pair cables right at the installation site. With a U.S. patent for its utility design, this plug enhances intuitive functionality. Its user-friendly design streamlines the wiring and grounding process, allowing for a quick and efficient installation in just two minutes.

This plug supports Modular Plug Terminated Links (MPTL) as short as 0.5 meters, ensuring minimal Near End Crosstalk (NEXT) interference. It also accommodates MPTL connections up to 90 meters, demonstrating its capacity to maintain strong signal strength over longer distances, as evidenced by its attenuation performance. Compatible with various Cat 6A shielded cable types—including F/UTP, S/FTP, U/FTP, and F/FTP—it supports a wide range of cable sizes from 23AWG solid to 26AWG stranded.
