The 3013AKVE5eS features a 6.05 mm U-shaped rear cutout. With typical Cat 5e cable diameters of 5.2 mm or less, the cable can be neatly concealed within the opening when routed upward or downward from the IDC termination point. The result is a shallower installation profile and greater routing flexibility in tight spaces.

With its compact footprint, the 3013AKVE5eS fits into 48-port 1RU patch panels and North American decorator inserts. Combined with 3-way cable routing, it provides flexibility for installations with limited mounting space or shallow wall boxes.

► Super Cat 5e Beyond 100 MHz:
For residential installations, reliable connectivity between wall outlets and Wi-Fi AP is often the priority.
