The modular plugs designed for shielded 23AWG to 24AWG cables may be found in this section.

S/FTP, F/UTP, and U/FTP cables have larger foamed insulation and require more space to fit into the shielded plug. The 8-position groove is made to accept from 1.05mm to 1.15mm insulated conductors.

In addition, the 3-prong blades further enhance the certainty of piercing both the solid and the stranded cable so excellent conductivity can be assured.

Exceeds TIA-568.2-D and ISO/IEC 11801 Cat 5e transmission standards.
