MPO-12 to LC Assem.

SMF, 4 x LC Duplex

MPO-12 to 4 x LC duplex is the most common conversion. A 400G transceiver with 4 TX and 4 RX lanes on an MPO-12 trunk can break out into four 100G LC duplex links for individual servers.

Built with OS2 G.657.A2 bend-insensitive singlemode fiber. Connector options on the MPO side include MPO or MTP® with female as standard. The LC duplex side comes with UPC polish by default, connecting directly to the transceiver. Reversed Polarity is the default. Any custom wiring can be made upon request.
