Considerations for running 802.3bz 5GBASE-T to support higher data rate of wireless AP would push the required bandwidths to 312MHz, well above the 250MHz specification of ANSI/TIA 568.2-D and ISO/IEC-11801 Category 6. HCI Super Cat 6 Component-Rated jacks go beyond extended bandwidth for up to 350MHz.

Compact structure allows loading into 48-port in 1U high density patch panels and 6-port gang frames.
