SR50 series boots are specially made for snagless plugs. The arch retaining clip on snagless plugs allows for simple pulling through busy cable management. The "snagless boot" is therefore necessary for the snagless plugs in order to provide hassle-free strain relief and preserve the cable and plug assemblies. The snagless boot matches the width and height of the snagless plug. Two paws from the boot are inserted within the stopper of the plug, providing effective strain relief from tugging. Options include a lengthy version and a short version. A lengthy version will provide sufficient relief of cable strain and ensure proper bending radius of terminated cords. In a small area where long routing is not allowed, the shorter version could be employed. The boot is made of durable PC material. Only transparent as the clear housing spares you from having to match the cable colors. Suitable for both UTP and STP cables with 4.7mm, 6.0mm and 6.5mm for diameter options.
