Patented Transmission Design
Leveraging US Patent US 9325117 B1, our technology incorporates patented lead-frame to effectively control impedance and counteract NEXT. This involves balancing mutual inductance and mutual capacitance when mating with the plug. Despite the compact size of the LKHBS series which limits space for circuit assembly, we maximize the utilization of this patent to enhance Component-Rated performance while maintaining its small form factor.
Patented Mechanical Design
The 3-step progressive termination is patented under US 11870195 B2. This patent offers not only a method for achieving effortless termination in three distinct stages but also a means to maintain the length of the keystone (keeping it as short as possible) while retaining the 360∘grounding mechanism. Unlike competitors who reduce grounding to as little as 2mm, the LKHBS series maintains a 10mm grounding while staying compact.
Transmission Guaranteed
In 2022, the exceptional performance of the LKHBS series was recognized with ETL certification. Actively engaging in the ETL cabling maintenance program, the LKHBS series undergoes quarterly inspections on transmission quality to uphold the validity of the certificate.The LKHBS is designed with Component-Rated performance to support short links and multiple connections as per standards, with an airtight mechanism enhancing immunity to external noises.
PoE Type 4 Certified
The LKHBS series supports IEEE 802.3bt, allowing for the delivery of 90 Watts in PoE type 4 applications. Additionally, LKHBS is also certified for IEC 60512-99-002 engagement cycles with 2Amps underload running through each conductor. This certification sets the LKHBS apart from competitors, as only a few have their keystone jacks individually certified to this standard. The LKHBS series addresses this need by offering a compact and slim design that allows for the mounting of up to 48 ports in 1U. These full-metal-jacketed keystone jacks ensure there is no leakage, maintaining EMI immunity and preventing Alien Crosstalk even when installed in close proximity.
