    The 625B15F is a single-gang frame measuring 86 x 86 mm, with a 50 x 50 mm inner spacing—just right for two standard 25 x 50 mm SIPs. Its bigger sibling, the 625B16F, is a double-gang frame sized at 86 x 146 mm, offering 50 x 100 mm of inner space to fit up to four SIPs. Both frames feature a clean, chamfered edge around all corners for a sleek finish. What sets the 625B15F apart is that it’s the only gang frame in HCI’s lineup designed to support horizontal data ports. That’s because both the screw mounts and the SIP stopper are aligned horizontally—unlike other frames, which are set up for vertical inserts. Default color is office white (close to RAL 9016), and custom colors are available for orders of 5,000 units or more.

Because the data port sits horizontally, the RJ-45 jack is positioned at a 90-degree angle. That’s why these SIPs pair perfectly with the 625B15F series—the only frames built to handle horizontal data ports. Made from flame-retardant ABS plastic rated UL94V-0, the default color is office white (close to RAL 9016), with custom colors available for orders of 5,000 units or more.

    HCI’s 625B29DI Series offers 1-, 2-, or 3-port options in a horizontal layout compatible with universal keystone jacks. Every port is equipped with a built-in spring shutter to block dust and insects when not in use. An icon slot above each port allows for easy port labeling using the included icons—blue for data, green for voice. Sized at 70.15 x 113.8mm, the faceplate includes screw caps to cover mounting screws for a clean, finished look. The faceplate has smooth rounded edges and fits keystone jacks with latch heights between 19.20mm and 19.40mm. It’s available in office white (close to RAL 9016), with custom colors offered for orders of 5,000 units or more.

    HCI’s 625B73N is a 2-piece faceplate that delivers one of the highest-density horizontal layouts available—supporting up to four horizontally aligned keystone jacks in a compact 70 x 119.5mm design. Each port features a built-in spring shutter to guard against dust and foreign objects when not in use. With its high-gloss finish, the 625B73N blends seamlessly into environments across the Asia-Pacific market—including Southeast Asia, East Asia, and Australia/New Zealand—all of which follow the NEMA WD6 standard with 86.34mm screw spacing. High port density is the key advantage of this faceplate. However, when pairing it with four jacks, make sure the width of each keystone jack is no greater than 17.40mm—otherwise, adjacent jacks may interfere with one another. The 625B73N supports keystone jacks with latch heights between 19.20mm and 19.40mm. Standard color is office white (close to RAL 9016), and custom colors are available on bulk orders of 5,000 units or more.

    The SMB12 is commonly used as a Multi-User Telecommunications Outlet Assembly (MUTOA) near workstations for intermediate terminations in zone cabling systems. Installed in an accessible location, incoming cable bundles enter the box perpendicular to the port face, keeping routing organized and serviceable. The unit accommodates up to 12 voice/data ports, which are then distributed to individual workstations using patch cords of varying lengths based on distance from the MUTOA. When planning a MUTOA installation, ensure the total patch-cord length and conductor gauge — both at the zone location and any telecom-room cross-connect — meet horizontal cabling limits.
