RJ-45 to RJ-45 (Cat 6A)

A standard coupler typically serves to connect or extend two cable segments without degrading performance. However, an IP-68 rated coupler takes this function to the next level by not only facilitating connections but also providing full waterproofing.

The Cat 6A performance allows for a highly efficient feed-through connection that seamlessly supports a data rate of 10 Gbits/sec. This capability operates flawlessly at frequencies reaching up to 500MHz, ensuring reliable and high-speed data transmission without any issues.

It features a protective cap linked by a chain, which keeps the contacts and PCB assembly shielded from harsh conditions when the coupler is not in use, thus enhancing its lifespan.

For complete waterproof integrity, this coupler should be mounted on our IEMA Series “Mounting Box” or IEFA Series “Faceplate.” Once installed, all components housed inside the box or behind the wall are effectively protected from moisture, making this setup ideal for rigorous industrial applications.
