ISO ClassEa covers TIA Cat 6A NEXT channel requirement. The difference between two standards is 1.8dB at 500MHz. In other words, ISO Class Ea Feed-Through is the premium choice when it comes to channel performance.
The PCBA inside the modules are covered by patent US 9391405 B1. This patent discloses a methodology to minimize the disturbance caused by Feed-Through connection.
The wire management is made with pivot hinges at each side which would allow you to fold the hangers so as to save the shipping volume.
