Faceplate

Keystone Cutout

The Built-in Faceplate features an 80×80mm outer dimension, commonly used in regions influenced by German standards where strict EMI compliance is required. The high-gloss finish and hinged shutters are both considered standard market preferences.

A die-cast zinc-alloy rear bracket ensures secure mounting and reliable grounding through screw or lug connection to the back box and building earth line.

HCI offers two options:

  • Unloaded Faceplate – Allows flexible pairing with Shielded, Component-Rated keystone jacks from Cat6 to Cat6a (typical latch height: 19.40mm). Compact Die-Cast models like the 3013ALKHBS6AI (ISO/IEC 11801 Cat6a Component-Rated) are recommended to maintain shielding integrity and EMI performance.
  • Pre-loaded Data Modules – Equipped with KRONE LSA+ IDC terminals on the rear for direct punch-down, eliminating the need for separate keystone jacks.

Both styles are angled, giving you better clearance for patch cords in the front and cables in the back.
