The SIP unit comes loaded with one Simplex SC fiber optic adapter, suitable for enterprise, telecom, and structured cabling systems. The SC format offers a reliable push-pull connection and supports OS1/OS2 single-mode and OM1–OM5 multimode fibers. Default is an OS1/OS2 UPC blue adapter, with optional APC green, beige, aqua, violet, and lime green color-coded options.
Constructed from UL94V-0 rated ABS plastic, the SIP unit complies with NEC and IBC fire and building regulations. Sized at 50 x 25 mm, and offered in office white (RAL 9016) with additional choices in electric white and ivory. Use only the HCI 625B10F or 625B11AFC Front-Access Frame with HCI SIPs Series to maintain accurate color matching.
