The SIP unit comes loaded with one Duplex LC fiber optic adapter, ideal for high-density network setups such as data centers and telecom racks. Supporting OS1/OS2 single-mode and OM1–OM5 multimode fibers, it features industry-standard color coding with blue (UPC) as default for single-mode, and green (APC) plus beige, aqua, violet, or lime green for multimode options. The Duplex LC adapter allows two fibers per port, maximizing throughput and maintaining polarity in compact environments.
Manufactured from durable ABS plastic with UL94V-0 flame retardant rating, the SIP unit meets NEC and IBC fire and building codes. Sized at 50 x 25 mm, and offered in office white (RAL 9016) with additional choices in electric white and ivory. Use only the HCI 625B10F or 625B11AFC Front-Access Frame with HCI SIPs Series to maintain accurate color matching.
