Conventional assembly process – line up the wires and trim flush, and insert the wires until they reach the end wall of the plug… everything sounds great but in reality, the wires get kinked or slack. The kink and slack could jeopardize the conductivity and worsen the transmission performance. A pass-through plug can be a great helper because it offers the possibility to thread the wires through the end wall and cut them afterward.
