Initial Stage

Client Request

According to client request, HCI provides professional solution discussion, which included the detail of product design, customization, and product requirement planning.

Design Stage

Design stage is working out the structure or form of product from client's idea, such as sketch, outline, pattern, or plans. HCI divides client request into two categories, which are Function Requirement and Cosmetic Requirement.

Functional Requirement

Functional requirement specifies the customize requirement ,which relates to design or modification works to achieve functional or performance purpose, such as product performance upgrading, application modification, or adding new feature.

Cosmetic Requirement

Cosmetic Requirement specifies the customize requirement ,which relates to appearance only and without functional or performance purpose, such as product appearance modification, logo placing, color changing, private labeling and packaging.

Electrical Design

Electrical design entails planning to modify or create new design to meet client's requirement which relates to electrical function or transmission performance.

Mechanical Design

Mechanical design entails planning to modify or create new design to meet client's requirement, which relates to structural or mechanical properties of product.

Packaging Artwork Design

Packing artwork design is planning and creating the customized solution on printed product surface or packaging materials, such as silk-screening, carton, PE bag, and label.

Design Verification

Design Verification is a series of steps and testing to ensure that the design has met every requirement.After design verification, HCI will present the design with verification data to client for approval.

Sample Stage

For complicate design, it is better to go through sample stage to examine the physical effect of the design before mass production.

Sample Mockup

Sample mockup is full-sized scale model of the design, used for demonstration, testing, and evaluation.

Sample Verification

Sample verification is to ensure whether the design is well-engineered, and error-free.After sample verification, HCI will present the sample with verification data to client for approval.

Production Stage

Production stage is the process of design realization.

Pilot Run

Pilot run is a small volume test production. Purpose of pilot run is to check the status of production deployments, techniques, and quality.

Pilot Run Verification

Pilot run verification is to check the status of production deployments, techniques, and quality.After pilot run verification, HCI will present the pilot run samples with verification data to client for approval.
