The LKVASD Series boasts a streamlined design with a single hinge, enhanced by a colored frame with a shutter. Its effortless collaborative movement for toolless termination, alongside an impedance-matching technique on the PCBA, is protected by two patents, one for mechanical design and one for transmission design. 

Patented Transmission Design
The US 9391405 B1 patent has been fully utilized in the design of the lead-frame in the LKVASD Series. This impedance matching technique provides the advantage of delivering the same magnitude but opposite phase when mating with an RJ-45 plug. This results in better controlled Return Loss and effectively counteracts Near End Crosstalk. With calculated compensation on the PCB circuit, the performance of the connecting hardware is easily achieved.
Patented Mechanical Design
STP cable has thicker insulated conductors than unshielded cable, and the intricate grounding procedure adds to the time required for installing shielded connectors. That being said, a toolless design is preferable to a punch-down style. With our patent US 9929480 B1, we were able to convert the normal force and ensure that there would be very little friction on the way to complete wire terminations.
Transmission Guaranteed
The "ISO/IEC 11801-1 Cat 6a Connecting Hardware Performance" represents the highest transmission level currently available on the market. The LKVASD Series obtained Cat 6a certification in 2017 and has been enlisted in the ETL maintenance program since then. It can be easily located on the Intertek cabling-product directory at any time.
PoE Type 4 Certified
The PoE built-in endpoints such as Wi-Fi APs, surveillance cameras, lighting systems are growing fast and demand for more power nowadays. The LKVASD Cat 6a is excellent in handling high level of PoE without transmission downgrades. Certified to IEC 60512-99-002, the LKVASD Series supports IEEE 802.3bt 100W 4PPoE remote powering, ensuring future-proof assurance even if PoE deployment is not immediate.
User-Friendly
The wire cap slots are designed in an "Ω-Shape" to securely accommodate insulated conductors ranging from 22 to 26AWG, whether solid or stranded. Employing a specific tool with parallel crimping capabilities ensures a smooth and efficient job completion in just 90 seconds. With significantly reduced installation time, you can then allocate more attention to meticulously managing the screened braid/drain wire for a flawless grounding process.
High-Density w/EMI considerations
The underpass design ensures that the Green and Blue pairs maintain their foil shielding right up to the termination point to effectively minimize signal couplings. Additionally, the cable's screened braid/drain wire is 360∘securely attached to the grounding, providing thorough EMI prevention coverage. The extremely compact and slim design allows for the mounting of 48 ports in a single unit, effortlessly saving rack space without any issues.
Color ID. for Die-Cast Jacks
To address the drawback of shielded keystone jacks lacking colorful identification, certain vendors provide bezels that extend beyond the die-cast housing. We take a slightly different approach to the LKVASD Series - imagine having both color identification and a spring-loaded shutter simultaneously. This solution not only aids in port management but also serves as a protective measure against external objects such as dust and insects.
