HCI presents its U.S. TAA Compliant series product solution2018/07/06 HCI
For contractors in the United States, who supply products for GSA Schedules and other government contracts, those products must comply with the U.S. Federal Trade Agreements Act (TAA).
TAA refers to the Trade Agreements Act (19 U.S.C. § 2501–2581), which is intended to foster fair and open international trade. TAA requires that products must be produced or undergo "substantial transformation" within the United States or a designated country. Taiwan is included in TAA designated country.
TAA compliance requirements are built into U.S. federal procurement contracts such as GSA (General Services Administration) Schedule contracts, IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity) contracts and most DOD (Department of Defense) contracts.
As a Structure Cabling System accessories manufacturer in Taiwan, HCI has numerous products which are made in Taiwan and comply with TAA regulation and good for U.S. government GSA (General Services Administration) Schedule contracts.
HCI specially selects a series of Taiwan made high performance Structure Cabling System accessories products including keystone jacks, patch panels, couplers, patch cords and wall plates as HCI's TAA Compliant series solution.
