PL SYSTEM |

PL system includes Couplers, Surface Boxes and Patch Panels,
and this offers a Plug-and-Link environment.

IMPLEMENTING PL SYSTEM----------------------------------------------------------------First
of all, Patch Cord is used to connect the Switch & PL Patch
Panel in Sub Distribution Frame. Secondly, PL Patch Panel & PL
Surface Box are connected by Patch Cord (Solid Wire Type), and
the length is set within 90m generally. Lastly, you have to
utilize the Patch Cord within 5m to connect to the PL Surface
Box and your computer. This simple process is called ˇ§PL
(Plug-and-Link) Systemˇ¨.
PL system saves
the time needed for installation. With the high demand of wage
and production-cost to develop network systems in some
countries, such as Japan, Germany and Switzerland, the PL system
is particularly ideal for your design in Horizontal Cabling.
Installations are as simple as you can imagine. After the
primary setup with the Sub Distribution Frame is done, the Patch
Cord is utilized for the connection of PL Patch Panel and PL
Surface Box through ceiling, floor or raceway to complete the
wiring. As an installer, you will find it to be the easiest,
most timesaving, and of course, the most money-saving
installation you will ever experience!
PL system contains UTP & STP applications. This simple
ˇ§Plug-and-Linkˇ¨ method offers a defaults-free installation. It
is trustworthy and reliable!

SNAP-IN TYPE
The snap-in couplers are designed for
quick installations. They are easy to be snapped into the
surface boxes and patch panels. When installation
requirements are changed, you may just simply disconnect and
snap out the unneeded coupler. Then, you may reconnect and
snap in a new one.
Patented mechanical design is compatible for 24-port
applications in 1 unit height and the material is RoHS
compliant.
