BALUNS
The CCTV baluns allows base-band composite video signals to be transmitted via a single UTP cable for more versatile cabling. The CCTV Balun is used in pairs to allow you to eliminate more expensive coaxial cable, including coupling signals from remote video cameras to display systems, video capture, security and surveillance monitoring applications. The use of existing twisted pair infrastructure such as telephone cable and Cat.5e computer networking cables are also available.
We offer BNC connector for 75-ohm coaxial end and RJ45 connector,
LSA+ IDC, Toolless IDC and Screw-In IDC for 100-ohm
twisted pair end.

POWER &
DATA THRU TYPE
The CCTV Power &Data Thru Balun allows video signals and remote
power & control data to be transmitted via a single unshielded
twisted pair (UTP) cable for more versatile cabling. The CCTV Power
& Data Thru Balun is used in pairs to allow you to eliminate more
expensive coaxial cable, including coupling signals from remote

The

These baluns are fully shielded products which
are ideal in applications where size and space are restricted due to small dimension. They are intended for panel or cable mounting and IDC termination
features allow installation without special tools. Designed to match the differential inputs and outputs or modern chipsets.

TYPE
Intended for panel mounting and can be supplied with a variety of coaxial connectors BNC, BT Type 43, 1.0/2.3, 1.6/5.6 DIN. Twisted pair termination via 3-pole
LSA+ IDC.
SPECIFICATIONS
- The
mechanical endurance of the coaxial connectors are designed to
provide in - excess of 500 connect-reconnect cycles.
- On the balanced
end, the 120-ohm interface connector is designed to accept termination of single strand conductors with nominal diameter up to 0.50mm.
- The force required to terminate the IDC is designed to remain fully operative
- and intact after 200 connect/reconnect cycles for LSA+ IDC Terminals.
- Simple cable anchorage method integral with the balun is achieved by
inserting - the cable through the hollow section under the terminal markings. |
